Misty of Chincoteague
Vacation was slightly disastrous due to the legions of bloodsucking insects infesting both the inside and outside of our living area. We decided to spend our last few days relaxing in our own home, which we don't really get enough of anyway. We did get a few days of QT at the beach though. and here is a reel of the highlights...

Pretend Weekend
Been busily hanging out with the besty.

Well, maybe not "busily." We wondered about Frederick yesterday checking out antiques and vintage dresses that I could admire but not afford. Took a middle eastern respite at the local hookah bar. Sadly, she is once again back in America's kickstand, Florida.
This mid-week weekend is making me crave VACATION! Starting Monday it's gonna be all beaches, bike riding, and Buddy Holly.
This post was brought to you by the letter B and this beautiful Persian lady...

Parks and Recreation
Was driving back to Baltimore after seeing the fam. Made a pit stop at Rose Hill Manor Park in Frederick.
It was dusk.

It was the perfect temperature.

There was no one around but some auxiliary percussionists practicing for marching band.
Along with some crickets,
And some lightening bugs.

And a lonely bench.
